I went to EKWC interested in the metaphorical and physical heaviness of ceramics and so I hand-built several large sculptures. But it was through the possibilities of the Fablab, that a side project became a major topic. I left the residency working with data collected by an autonomous underwater robot, Zooglider and used algorithms to cast the echoes of zooplankton into porcelain cups and bowls.
